Shipping
Processing Times
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Free shipping for orders over AU$50.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled at any time before the package is shipped.
A 25% cancellation fee applies (calculated on the total order amount). Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Terms
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
Product Condition
Products must be returned in the same condition they were received, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Return Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part.
Customer Order Error
If you ordered the wrong size, color or model, you can request an exchange, but all shipping costs for the replacement are your responsibility.
Customer Preferences
If you are not satisfied with the product (the item must be new, unused and in original packaging). In this case, all shipping costs for the return are your responsibility.
Important Note
1. Health products, customized products and intimate products are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. Please ensure that all return packages have a valid tracking number.
Refunds
Please note that the refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
The refund will be processed within 14 business days from receipt of the return in our warehouse.
Once our quality control team has verified the product, we will proceed with sending the replacement or issuing the refund.
